I converted my Olympus Pen EPL-1 with a 720nm Filter. I wanted to sell it, but offers were so low that I took the risk and disassembled it for the conversion.
I've often thought of doing that myself, but never got round to it. I must try and sort something out this year! You seem to have done an excellent job.
if you have experience with sensible electronics, a camera that collects dust and you don't mind to loose it if failures happen - then pull the plug ;-)
Be aware that you also need special post processing for the images (extended White Balance and channel swapping for color images) but that is no rocket science.
