I always found it strange seeing co-op lines present in residential areas like so. I guess I'm far too used to seeing them out by rural roads and fields.
It is a bit strange, true, this town is almost too big to be served by a coop... but Brandon, just east of Sioux Falls is served by a coop (Sioux Valley Energy).
