IMG 3676-001-Francis Bacon Plaque

This was the location of Francis Bacon's studio in Reece Mews off Kendrick Place, South Kensington. After his death, the studio was dismantled and reconstructed down to the last detail at the Hugh Lane Gallery in Dublin, where he was born.

It’s disappointing that this wall and plaque isn’t spattered with paint, in honour of Bacon…but I suppose the current residents might object.
