I remember seeing a van like this in France, when I was young, but it was a very boring grey in colour. The pink really stands out, and it could easily sell ice-creams without having to change the colour of the van.

The lady in the poster looks like she is smelling the cinnamon rolls :)

That's a fun find! I do like how these food vendors are much more acceptable in the US than they used to be...we used to call them Roach Coaches and Junk Trucks because mostly they only had garbage for sale, sold out of nasty, smelly trucks. These days they are often tiny gourmet offerings of all kinds, a way for talented cooks to get their food out to the public in a transportable way.

I really love this quick snack vehicle !
