Fleischroulade mit Kartoffelknödel und Rotkohl

Die Fleischroulade schön mit reichlich Senf, Zwiebeln, Speck gefüllt, dann gerollt und scharf angebraten. Dazu dann Apfelrotkohl, Kartoffelknödel und eine helle Sauce. Super lecker. :-)
