A great Combination: this could be a superb menu: spicy Garden Egg & Chili Bruschetta.
Roasted garden eggs, blended with sautéed red onions, garlic, and Scotch bonnet chilies. Served on toasted crusty bread and garnished with fresh mint chiffonade.

Prima mit der Tischdecke und die leckeren Zutaten werden wohl prima verarbeitet. Ich habe heute gebratene Aubergine mit Joghurt zum Mittag gemacht. Danach war ich pappsatt ;-)))
