Robin Collage

Taken through the double glazing in my living room hence the couple of almost invisible reflections. I have taken an old tea strainer, and fixed to a fence, which is just visible from indoors, and used it to hold dried mealworms for the birds.

Not the best of photos, but since I could take them whilst sitting on my settee with a cup of coffee, I'm pretty happy ;-)))

Today is the first day of meteorological summer. Have a good week!

Thank you kind sir........glad you like this little collection.

I've had to upgrade the tea strainer to a larger one as they're starting to get greedy ;-)))

If you hadn't mentioned the reflections I wouldn't have noticed, they blend into the bokeh. What a delightful collage! The robin seems to have been quite hungry but I guess there was some time between shots and the bird hasn't eaten all mealworms in one go;-)

Thanks for dropping in and leaving such kind comments Gudrun. I'm pleased you like this little collection.

There are about 4 robins that visit the feeder and I think they've started inviting their friends......I've had to upgrade to a bigger tea strainer today :-)))

A fantastic collage of this lovely robin, Keith!
How clever of you to use a tea strainer! The reflections are hardly visible , each single pic is delightful and well taken and the result is simply great!
