Crocus flowers just emerging into the sunshine. My final offering from our local churchyard (for a while).

In answer to your query.........I believe that crocuses is the generally accepted plural. If you want to show off (like I'm doing now) the latin version is, in fact Croci, but that is used in mainly botanical circles!

Here in the south of England and temperatures are about the seasonal average between 5 and 12 degrees C.....that's quite cold enough for me :-))

It's been mainly wet and miserable here too I managed to get these images on the only completely dry and sunny day last week.
