A view across Emsworth Harbour, Hampshire

Taken last Tuesday, which was a beautiful summers day. I don't know how they managed to get planning permission for that white house........it doesn't fit in with the rest of the houses at all :-(

Another image in the PiP. Thanks for looking and have a splendid Sunday.

El Urbanismo aquí en las Islas Canarias es mucho más salvaje. Buena toma Keith.

C'est vrai que cette maison semble anachronique, mais le village est ravissant !****

It does seem to stand out like a sore thumb Keith! These white boxes seem to be all the rage, but not my favourite architecture for sure. Even so, I love this picture with the small boats in the foreground, and the more traditional houses along the harbour.

Of course, I love the PiP as well :-) Have a great, sunny Sunday Keith.

Very nice indeed Keith. You are lucky over there to see any lip-service to planning permissions for fitting into a community. Up here in Oldham -that does not see to exist at all. Great swan too.

Thanks for sharing with our UK Landscape Photography Group , Herb

Keith Burton replied to Herb Riddle:

Thank you Herb..............I think that house is a blot on the landscape! It sounds like your planners care even less about their environment!
