This week in SSC:

"This year as with last year, the challenge will be about New Year's Resolutions."

My resolution in 2020 is a simple one but not so easy just yet. I love to modify favorite recipes and make them more healthy. I would like to perfect my homemade chocolate recipe using healthier alternative ingredients. Wish me luck! :)

I love pure chocolate, I have recently discovered an Equatorian sustainable 100% cocoa no sugar nor vanila added... a true delight, and no "junk" there...

I really like this picture, and the associated idea!

A couple of years ago a workmate went to Africa on holiday, and brought some chocolate back to share in the office. It was totally different to what we buy in our shops. The reason he gave was that our chocolate would melt while sitting in the shop! So, I am sure you can find a way!!!

Hmmm....I wonder if they used cocoa butter? It's more stable at room temperature.
