Getaway!

Sight and Sound

1980 Corvette (My husband says this was a bad year for corvettes and is nothing special, but it still looks like a fun car to me, (but what do I know?)

How would you like to getaway in this car for awhile?

(It's not mine. It belongs to a friend. His little dog likes riding in the fresh air with him which is so cute. :)

I liked the boattail Corvettes like this! They resembled the 1971 Buick Riviera back windows - what they called the "Batmobile" Rivieras.

Glad you like it, Kenny. I like those old Riviaras too.

Love the reflections and, yes, I could see myself with shades cruising through Aylesbury in one of these :-) An ace musical match. Thanks very much for posting to 'Sight and Sound', Karen.

And you'd be even more of a "chick magnet" than you already are, Roger. :D

Thank you!

Roger Bennion replied to Karen's Place:

Yep, there wouldn't be enough seats for all the "chicks".....I would need a trailer as well :-)))
