Stock cooling

The best thing about roasting a chicken is the stock I get later from boiling the skin, bones and pan juices. Yum.

A local painter here in St John's used to paint cellophane really well. (Mary Pratt was her name.) A result probably of her paintings sitting inside my brain, whenever I see cellophane I wonder, will it photograph well? Thus one reason I took this picture.
