Second day of a two-day trip that my good friend, Alan Cressler and I took along the Blue Ridge Parkway in North Carolina. The main objective on this day was to photograph the beautiful Purple Fringed orchids that are found in bloom along the Blue Ridge Parkway during the last week in June.
