Jenny McIntyre replied to Maeluk:

Thank you so much Steve - I really wish I did have a great garden - the trees at this time of year are beautiful and I have many of them (probably around 30 of them), but there is around 1/5 of an acre which I am unable to tend. So it hasn't been kept neat and tidy for nearly 10 years, overgrown is a good word describing it!!!! However, the top lawn which I've been showing is the only bit I can keep - sort of - reasonably tidy. It used to be gorgeous, because my brother loved doing the garden, but he died just 10 years ago and I'm disabled - so it's been donated to wildlife!

Thank you so much Pam - I love this tree. I really love the wisteria (the purple rain) but I haven't been able to grow one.

I really like the clusters of cytises !

Jenny McIntyre replied to Pat Del:

Thank you Pat. It's not cytises as they are from the "broom" family. This is part of the Laburnum anagyroides family.
