Thank you for your helpful comment.

Howard Somerville replied to Isisbridge:

It wasn't a comment.

Under your picture it says:

Jericho, Oxford

Translate into English

Which, trying to be helpful, is what I did. I'm sorry if it wasn't.

Isisbridge replied to Howard Somerville:

It doesn't on mine.

This is what I see on mine:Untitled-1

Mine doesn't say that, as they presumably know that I understand English.

Howard Somerville replied to Isisbridge:

Mine doesn't say that under my own pictures either, and nor, presumably, is it shown under anyone's own pictures.

Also, it appears that it only does it when it detects (in this case "Jericho") what it thinks is a foreign word.

Isisbridge replied to Howard Somerville:

It is foreign when it's West Bank, but this is the east bank of the Oxford Canal.

Howard Somerville replied to Isisbridge:

I can't work out what the situation is there, but if I make it to Oxford before Christmas this year, I'll see for myself. Is work still going on there?

Isisbridge replied to Howard Somerville:

Not at the moment.

I've long since stopped following the saga, but there seem to be disputes about whether the various would-be developers are willing to provide what the council wants with regard to social housing etc. And long may their disputes continue, as far as I'm concerned.
