Good composition and great lighting.

This must have been taken late morning, because the low winter sun was in the SES. If I'm still alive and if there's a suitable day, I hope to come to Oxford in the run up to Christmas. If I can get a similar shot I will, but according to Instant Streetview the shop is no longer an Oddbins.

It appears to have been taken around ten to noon.
