Apparently this is the UCH Education Centre (University College London Hospitals). So I think they need some education about how depressing this building is for people's health.

And their Elizabeth Garrett Anderson Wing is even worse.

Yes, it's a hulk, but it provides some great wonky reflections of the BT Tower.
