Mum was bought up on marge, not butter
And her voice was never far from the gutter
But how times change and what the heck
She's now wearing diamonds around her neck.
Real or fake, it does not matter,
With that son of hers as mad as a hatter.
But a life of rhyme must be better than grime,
Though the poems he churns are far from sublime.

What my mum called 'reelly naice'
The Oxfam bookshop's worth a look
With a cat that likes a comfy book.
Isisbridge replied to Studley:
Your mater does sound jolly posh.
That shop is not yet in my collection.
But this might suit your predilection.
