breaching a 'Section 35 Dispersal Notice'. That means he is being prosecuted.

We have been alerted by Tommy's family that the Police are making an application to remand him to prison until trial. Yes, you did read that right.Tommy is being held at a police station in London and they want to take him straight to prison!

This situation is outrageous and disgusting. Not only was Tommy brutally arrested by an army of police officers, pepper-sprayed in the eyes at point blank range, held in custody for 24 hrs (so far), now they want to send him immediately to prison!

This is similar to what happened to Tommy in 2018, when the police grabbed him
