Bananas are what I would call a fine food
And cherries are also apparently good,
But they won't stop the virus from heading our way
So perhaps it is time to call it a day.

Banana's a powerful potassium stick
That stops the body from dropping down sick.
Your levels must not get too low
Or you could end up out of the flow.

But it cannot halt this virus spread,
And nor will cherries or eating brown bread.
So stay at home with your telly and grub
And cease those nights out at the pub!

Auld Greasy Joan hath caught a fever,
Since she ran off with that weaver.
Alas, the pots she cannot keel
Whilst the ague doth make her reel.
