This is "official" Oxford as I have seen it long ago... not sure if I visited this college or another one but I do remember the architecture. A lovely composition and scene. The cyclist complete it.

This is a bus window shot, Skipper, so there's no time for composition: just a quick click and hope for the best. With the laws of serendipity, one out of ten might come out alright.

Yes, I visited Oxford with my family, don't remember when, perhaps in 1971. We had a nice tour of South England by car visiting the most attractive places. I enjoyed it a lot. Until then I only knew London and I discovered that the smaller cities are much nicer!

Sailing in the Thames was one of my wish, but I don't think I'll be able to do it with my boat - too long from here. Perhaps I could charter a boat there or take some tourists tours...

Then you saw Oxford before I did. A lot of ugly new buildings have gone up since then.
