He is very young to be doing such a dangerous escape. Anyone know who he is?

Sorry, no idea, as this was in 1985.

He is Simon Watkins who was from Honiton. Saw some other info about him on Facebook where he performed the same escape hanging from the Church tower in Honiton.

I couldn't find anything about Simon Watkins online, but I came across Simon Bradley,
who could well be the same chap. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.
