Yes, it is great news Audrey and most encouraging! :)
What about the people though who have paid for Club membership beyond the point at which the IMA might take over the platform?
Are Ipernity SA willing to give an undertaking that any monies received by them for future usage will be passed to the IMA or is it as many fear true that that money will be 'lost' and in effect absorbed by the company rather than it going towards saving the site?
If the campaign is a success, I think IMA will probably help ipernity for a few month to pay bills for example (I'm totally not certain this is how they want to work); then progressively take in charge the website with the help of Christophe.
The money people put to pay their membership do help ipernity but the priority must be the crowdfunding. I think IMA will take in account both already paid membership and donation to the campaign to manage at least the first year of membership in IMA/ipernity.
But these are only thought, you will need to discuss with IMA within the group.

Paul, the already paid memberships have went to Ipernity S.A.'s bank account. We can of course ask (or suggest, plea) in forthcoming negations, that Ipernity S.A: would be so generous and give some amount gain as Ipernity Club payments to IMA in a way or another. However, that has not been part of the deal in negotiations so far.
IMA has already promised to take care of March and April server costs. The reasons why Ipernity S.A. has still continued to allow people to open Club accounts and renew them is unknown to IMA. So the best question that still can't be asked is whether Ipernity S.A. will reimburse to those individuals who have paid Club fees even until 2018.
I am one pf them, still have one year paid ahead and 18 months for I friend I offered a 2-year clubmembership last october...
I have donated to the crowdfunding for me but not for him, he cannot afford donating and for me it is a bit too much another 50€+bank fees... will his account be lost? Can I donate less in his name, for ex 20€?
Xata, you don't need to donate any more for the crowdfunding.
If and when IMA starts, everyone are asked to pay for the membership. But it does not have to be paid immediately. It looks like there will be at least three months before people have to pay for IMA membership.
Next week we focus only to the final negotiations. Hopefully by the end of the week we know how it goes. Then the results of negotiations and further actions will be announced.
