Chinese Sesame Chicken

I bought a couple new cookbooks at a resale shop on Wednesday, so last night I made this dish from a recipe that was in one of them. The book was called "The Frugal Gourmet Cooks Three Ancient Cuisines - China, Greece and Rome."
