Say Cheese!

The cheese section of a local grocery store. i personally love cheese, but processed stuff like this is what I avoid. give me real blocks of cheese.

That's strange.... it's such a big seller in the States, you'd think Kraft would offer it everywhere. The closest I come to processed cheese these days is when I make it myself. I love making cheese.
