Red Red Wine

I had a batch of strawberry wine fermenting and last night it was finally ready to bottle and finish. It produced 25 uniformly equal bottles of red, red wine.

I hope it does, too! But it has to age at least a year before I'll know properly. My neighbor already wants to buy five bottles of it when it's ready, so that's a good sign.
