I had the labels I designed for my homemade dandelion wine professionally printed with adhesive backings. They just peel off and stick right on the bottle. I think they turned out pretty nice!

In this picture, I hadn't marked a little "2022" at the very top with a silver Sharpie. That way it would be easy tell the vintage.
