Sea Wall
Sea Wall on Loch Scavaig with the Black Cullins as a backdrop captured from Elgol, Isle of Skye,
Apologies but a large view required for clarity and detail!
The Black Cuillin is an Alpine mountain range, suitable for climbing and not walking, with a large number of hazards unique to any other mountains in the UK. Formed from rough, dark igneous rocks—primarily gabbro and basalt—that give the peaks their characteristically dark colour,
The highest point of the Cuillin, and of the Isle of Skye, is Sgùrr Alasdair in the Black Cuillin at 992 m (3,255 ft)
