Thanks Christa. Decades ago when Spring Bluff was a fully working railway station the stationmaster developed extensive gardens there. In more recent times our local government, Toowoomba Regional Council, has carried on the maintenance and developed it further. It has also been made part of Toowoomba's Carnival of Flowers festival in September each year.
