A telecoms relic at the technical college where I used to teach English language. The phone still acquired dial tone if the handset was lifted but could not or would not dial any number. The shelf style and colour is indicative of being from the early 1990s or earlier. The phone directory was about 10 years old from memory. Also see PiPs. March 2020.
