The largest island is Lipari. The other islands include Vulcano and Stromboli.

Yacht Cruising Association 'French Connection' Delivery Cruise from Antibes to Sicily in 1986. Eight Moody 34 Yachts. Ours was 'Pagoda', crew of five, John the Skipper, Ian, Gill, Bill and Laurie.

Thanks Jenny. Yes I looked it up on Google and in the recent photos it is looking very well kept. I took the photo above in 1986...

Heard it has been painted and not only because of mass tourism, nowadays in most places the old enchantment is therefore lost… lucky you to have seen this in less crowdy times!
