Prime position, right opposite the Cape Hawke Surf Life Saving Club on the beautiful One Mile Beach. These properties don't change hands very often.

It does have a road and car park between it and the beach, but the elevation gives it privacy. Don't think we could afford it :-)

It has an upper apartment and ground level apartment. Some striking houses along this road, and some holiday accommodation. This one is next door.
