This was in my garden, I had to wait a long time to succeed in my idea with open wings.

I'm glad you like the event, and I did come up with the event for our club (you're welcome!), but I can't take credit for the day itself. The first time it was celebrated was in 2010 when 270 photographers shared their photos in an online gallery. Celebrated for the day in 1839 (yes, August 19th!) when the french government bought the patent for the Daguerreotype process and gifted it as free to the world.
