A great abstract of vertical and horizontal lines, John, with great positioning, in the frame, of the window cleaners' cradle. I hope you have a great new week. All the best, Joe

John FitzGerald replied to Joe, Son of the Rock:

Thanks, Joe. I was lucky with the cleaners -- right place, right time.

Yup. Pile 'em up. I must admit I always liked this view, especially at night.

Great lines and geometric shapes.................and the window cleaner's cradle is nicely placed in the frame. Nice to see a bit of greenery too.

John FitzGerald replied to Keith Burton:

Thanks, Keith. As I mentioned to Joe I managed to be in the right place at the right time for the cleaners. I lived in midtown Toronto, which was developed with the city-in-a-forest model, so there was lots of greenery. My current neighbourhood is much the same.

It looks like a time consuming job cleaning all those windows!! You need a strong head for heights for that job.

In thumbnail the balconies just off centre almost look like a giant ladder.

Well captured John.

Best wishes Carol

John FitzGerald replied to Ecobird:

Thanks, Carol. I see the resemblance. This cerfainly requires a stronger head for heights than I have.
