Thanks, Roger. This is in downtown Toronto, where riding a bicycle is very hard work. For one thing, there are tram tracks to deal with. If your wheel slips into one of them you are going to be slammed onto the roadway.
Interesting. A medium-bar bicycle? Probably what I would need now, as it was hard to step over the high bar on my one-step taller bicycle these days. We gave that bike away to a somewhat distant relative since I haven't ridden since my cracked skull problem (having nothing to do with my bicycle.)
That was a year and a half ago now, and I don't seem to have had any lasting effects, The neurologist even let me fly to Chicago less than a month after I had the accident. But now I know what a concussion feels like. I can't remember a bunch of rather boring and probably unpleasant things for a short while there, at least.
