Fantastic shot. It must be challenging to take photos in a big city like Toronto without people.

John FitzGerald replied to Don Sutherland:

Thanks, Don. This was taken on a Sunday, so that helped. I remember it was Sunday because I was on an amazing walking tour whose guide was just making things up.

I love the way the tilt of the cars disrupts the pattern of vertical and horizontal lines. All the best, Joe

John FitzGerald replied to Joe, Son of the Rock:

Thanks, Joe. I hadn't thought about that. I think I mainly took this out of boredom. I was on a walking tour of the neighbourhood whose guide didn't know what he was talking about.

A fascinating shot John...............although given the state of the cars and the surroundings I think "Top Gun Automotive" might turn out to be a bit of a disappointment if you go inside for a look :-)))

John FitzGerald said:

Thanks, Keith. Top Gun is still in business at a bigger site nearby, but yeah, I don't think they're servicing jets.

Poetic licence with Top Gun Automotive, perhaps John
otherwise, a wonderfully interesting image, and I wonder how good Andy's Sausages are,
I really like images like this!

John FitzGerald replied to Roger (Grisly):

Thanks, Roger. I enjoy them, too, A welcome relief from the simplified worlds where everyone is smiling that we see in the advertisement that surround us.
