Some months ago my wife ceased to buy and eat the bananas from our local supermarket as the quality has not been good.

On a jocular, and perhaps very topical, note considering the total tizzy we Brits have allowed ourselves to get into regarding the European Union thing, is that your bananas are splendidly curved! Ours are really but everyone seems to have the notion that the EU insists on ' straight bananas' !!

We have similar problems, David. I'm waiting for Trump to place a huge tariff on Canadian bananas. Not that either country produces bananas, but just on principle.

Potassium is a good thing.
Maybe something wrong with my eyes but I can't see the ghost. Must be pretty subtle.
