Colored Pencils - Neon (Explored)

Sunday Challenge: Colored Pencils.

This week's challenge posed a problem for me since I own only one colored (red) pencil. I asked an AI generator to create a row of colored pencils and then fiddled around in Photoshop Elements to create something interesting.

Two other attempts appear in the PiPs.
