I did not have my tripod with me, but a sturdy granite boulder worked almost as well for this slow shutter speed shot.

Thank you for your comments. I did not have any filters with me, so I set the shutter to a slow speed and hoped for the best. Because the water was moving quickly, it was able to blur at 1/5 of a second.
