There is a creeping and deceitful bug within ipernity that produces what you are seeing but only appears in certain specific but apparently mysterious circumstances. The best thing to do is to open a ticket, after having tried the usual operations (completely refreshing the page, restarting the browser etc., but of course you've already done them ;).
