Your appreciation of The Doors doesn't surprise me, Andy, but the one of Mme Poulard's "omelette aux fines-herbes" - although almost as famous as Mt St Michel - delights me! :-)

Our weather in the Rhine valley ist just like an oven now (thanks for reminding me with the fire in the background)! ;-)) We could make omelettes on the tile floor of the terrace or the balcony...solar powered omelettes ;-)
