Thanks TOZ, Same scooter, It was delivered only part assembled, Some of the parts are heavy and awkward to locate, kay was helping me.

I have a cyclist helmet camera, I did give it some thought but limited to 4mph on the pavement (Albeit) I got up to it's top speed 6mph I did not think it was worth the effort of wearing a hard top
Mind I can't wait to take it into Tesco then the darker side of my nature will come to the for.

That looks really classy, Maurice! And improved mobility is part of the cure, in my opinion! Especially for a photographer :))) Seen from this perspective, it gives me the feeling that the wheels are rather small, but I am sure everything is calculated just right to give good stability.
From someone who uses her bicycle as primary means of transportation in town, I think you will find you might need a more capacious basket.

Good afternoon Annalia, Yes the wheels are just 25cm (10"). In the UK The mobility scooter comes in two classes Class 2 this one designed for use on pavements or footpaths and is limited to 6.3 km per hour (4 MPH). Class 3 probably more what you might see in italy has a speed limit of 15 Km per hour (9.5 MPH) and can be used on the road.

Thanks Roger, Was a bit of changing minds, I wanted a faster Machine but kept asking myself Why? I don't want to trundling down the road at 15 MPH lorries and cars might not see me.
I still have access to a class 3 Scooter which belongs to a friend of Kays who felt the same as me and did not feel safe on the Road. Hardly used I can have it for £300. The only draw back is I would have to register it with DVLC. Of course the sole purpose of the machine I have got is to get me from A to B and back without having to stop for a rest.

A good idea Maurice, and hopefully it will make life easier for you and make trips to the doctor etc less of a problem. I can see you whizzing around the supermarket on it. I hope the baked beans display doesn't suffer the same fate as the chair!!
