It's a really great studio - good people, fabulous space; but less conveniently located if you live on the other side of the world than if you just live across town. ;)
This was the end of the night before the last day before they closed down for the pre-fall-term cleanup; throwing a bunch of new things because those spirally forms at the back of the table there were still too wet to finish wasn't exactly the smartest idea, but then the leaf/pod forms and the spirally things started evolving into those shell-like forms... Managed to get them all trimmed/carved/cleaned up the next day with only one casualty, so it all worked. :) (i see a lot of glazing in my future when the studio reopens in a few days...)
