What's wrong with this picture?

Lighthouses aren’t used on inland rivers…. this is on Clover Island, a hotel/marina development in the Columbia at Kennewick. Chatting with a local photographer who was out taking sunset/moonrise photos, she said the lighthouse was built solely as a tourist attraction.
