Statue marking entrance to Thai Town section of Hollywood. Per Wikipedia, the statue is of an apsonsi, a human/lion angel from Thai folklore. Unfortunately, the statues don't really stand out -- I've driven by them very many times and didn't know they were there till walking by them recently.
