CE 46 and 8.32kv Flint

Typical 46kv corner and I thought it was interesting to see cutouts, arrester, and pin insulator all mounted one of the fiberglass bracket.

I've never really seen other utilities use these. I think they are made out of fiberglass. Consumers Energy used them a lot up until the early 90s I think. Now they use "tooth pick" brackets.
