On my outing today I arrived at Trumpington Park and Ride from the City Centre on Stagecoach East 86024 (BV23 NTF), one of the thirty MCV bodied Volvo BZL electric double deckers new in early 2023. As it transpired I travelled back on the same bus about fifty minutes later. The buses I travelled on during this outing were:

Bus 5: Stagecoach East 10791 (SN66 VZO) - Addenbrooke’s Hospital to Emmanuel Street service 7 (1155)
Bus 6: Stagecoach East 86028 (BV23 NRO) – Drummer Street to Newmarket Park & Ride service PR2 (1230)

In the background is TMS/Central Connect/Simonds of Botesdale YG26 YMM, a Yutong GT14 new in July 2026, working the 0740 service from Heathrow (Central) to Norwich via Luton Airport Parkway (0835-0840); Trumpington (0945), Cambridge (Parkside (1000-1010); Thetford (1110-1115); University of East Anglia (1155-1200) arriving at Norwich (Bus Station) at 1215.
