It is an Optare Omnidekka bodied Scania N270UD that had been new to Nottingham City Transport as their 965 new in May 2009. The Omnidekka design was created by East Lancashire Coachbuilders which passed to Optare in October 2008.

(The ITV website states ‘IES Breckland is the first school run for profit in Britain. IES - which stands for International English Schools - is a Swedish company which runs a chain of for profit schools in Sweden’).
