Friday 19 June 2026 (0853) – The Flixbus service 950 from Heathrow Airport to Norwich is worked by Transport Made Simple/Central Connect/Simonds of Botesdale from the Simonds premises at Diss, Norfolk. Six trips are operated daily in each direction.

Neoplan Tourliner OU23 CYM was seen spot on time at Fiveways, Barton Mills as it worked the 0600 service from Heathrow to Norwich. Departing Heathrow (Central) at 0600 this trip calls at Luton Airport Parkway (0650-0655); Cambridge (0810-0820); and Thetford (0920-0925) arriving Norwich (Bus Station) at 1015.

For the additional contract I believe some additional vehicles were loaned (?). Previously operated by Cozy Travel of Sandy this coach had been new to Whippet Coaches (FX44) in July 2023. When Whippet ended a four year Flixbus contract Cozy Travel apparently took on the lease of six former Whippet Neoplan coaches. The legal name and address carried is Central Connect Transport Limited, Diss.

Looks like the destination display had developed a fault, the service details appear on a window label.

The full service has six daily trips each way although not all serve Cambridge (Trumpington Park and Ride) and Norwich (University of East Anglia).
