Saturday 21 February 2026 (approx. 1229) – A tale of two cities, Birmingham City supporters heading to see their team play at Norwich City. (Final score was Norwich 1, Birmingham 2).

Almost at the end of my 90 minutes at Fiveways, Barton Mills hoping to see what coaches might pass through, I was rewarded with a convoy of five coaches operated by Birmingham International Coaches Limited. It all happened so quickly. All managed to stay together through the green traffic lights so it was click, click, click to capture whatever |I could! The five coaches were:

KV22 WFE, a Van Hool EX16M integral new in June 2022
KV22 WFF, a Van Hool EX16M integral new in June 2022
BV18 YBX Jonckheere JHV bodied Volvo B11R new in May 2018
YH68 MXO, a VDL FHD2-129 Futura 2 new in September 2018
YK20 YFB, a VDL FHD2-129 Futura 2 new in March 2020

This shot features the leading four coaches although only the front corner of BV18 YBX (the Jonckheere) and the very tail end of YH68 MXO can be seen at this moment.
